1. Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop A Maglia Wear (simple partnership, Switzerland).
By placing an order, customers accept these terms and conditions.

2. Offer & Products

All products are individually printed or embroidered textiles.
Deviations in color, appearance and material may occur due to technical reasons and do not constitute a defect.

3. Personalized Products

Personalized products are produced according to the specific specifications of the customer.
Personalized items are excluded from the right of withdrawal, exchange and return.

4. Copyrights

The customer confirms that they own all rights to the uploaded designs, logos, images or texts.
The customer is solely liable for copyright infringements.
Maglia Wear accepts no liability whatsoever for legal violations caused by the customer.

5. Prizes

All prices are quoted in CHF.
Maglia Wear is not subject to VAT, therefore VAT is not shown separately.
Prices are subject to change at any time.

6. Payment

The following payment methods are available:

• Twint

• credit card

• PayPal

• The invoice

• prepayment

Maglia Wear may cancel orders in case of late payment.

7. Production & Delivery Time

The production time is usually 7–14 working days , depending on the order situation.
Shipping is exclusively via Swiss Post (Post CH) .

8. Shipping

Shipping is only available within Switzerland.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
The risk of loss passes to the customer upon handover to the postal service.

9. Defects & Complaints

Defects must be reported in writing within 5 days of receipt.
Custom-made products will only be replaced if the error is on our part .

10. Liability

Maglia Wear is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent.

11. Retention of title

The goods remain the property of A Maglia Wear until full payment is received.

12. Jurisdiction & Applicable Law

Swiss law applies.
The place of jurisdiction is the company's registered office.
